Mr Geoffrey Bartlett has over 20 years experience in the Geoscience industry, excelling in Applied Technologies, QHSE System Management, Export Compliance, Technology Control, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management.

He has a strong background in Economics, Geotechnical Operations, Environmental Sciences, and management systems which steer the Technical and Operations Teams to achieve success in our endevours.
​
Mr Bartlett's background in Economics and Environmental Sciences has developed an integrated process model for zero-waste manufacturing which is used for Gaia Geoscience's environmental & financial sustainability cost modeling.
​
He currently oversees the Technical Teams working in the Energy, Geoscience, Water, and Urban Farming areas of operations.
Mr Bartlett’s ingenuity and proven track record leads Gaia to meet the ever-changing demands of industry and technology.
Ms Yasmine Tan has 12 years experience in the Real Estate and Non-Profit industry with core competencies in Project Management, Relationship Marketing, Communications and Strategic Planning.

She has a Bachelor of Science, Real Estate degree from National University of Singapore with investment sales and corporate leasing experience.
​
Beyond Singapore, Ms Tan has worked in Hong Kong, Guangdong, Dubai and Cyprus. She has sat on the committee of Singapore Women's Group in Dubai and was Treasurer of the Board and Fundraising Director at Birth Forward Cyprus.
She managed the 1st Eco-ChariTrees sustainable project at Marina Bay Singapore in 2011. Ms Tan also spearheaded Birth Forward's 1st islandwide information and fundraising campaign to successfully lobby for change in the country.

Mr Derek DeSouza has 20 years experience within the energy sector starting his career in the oil & gas industry and transitioning into advanced renewable energy where he has been a leader in U.S. energy policy and development for a decade.
With core competencies in Project Finance and Development, Executive Management, R&D of cutting edge energy technologies, and Strategic Operations.

Mr DeSouza has worked with many members of United States Congress, the Department of Energy, and investment firms to expedite funding through the Guaranteed Loan Program for domestic utility scale PV solar projects.
​
He developed an alternative energy supply for remote telecommunications, reduced the cost through value engineering, and grew the corporations yearly sales within the first year of redefining the corporate strategy.
